Bonus and Rewards
Well many organizations appreciate the fact when employees do not take any sick leaves or maintain a perfect record of attendance. For example the firm Connex awards their employees with 155 Euros after 13 weeks for full attendance along with 515 Euros if they maintain 100 percent attendance record every year. On the other hand, Connex also sent letter of warning when an employee needs to improve on their absence levels and this is a successful move as 80 per cent of the employees in the firm are not qualifying to such bonuses and payments. But the same is not appreciated by few mangers as they feel that employees are already paid salaries to turn up to the offices and they must not be paid twice for the same. Talking about the bonuses of full attendance, managers in Dunn and Wilkinson feels that it is really unfair and biased to those employees who are genuinely sick or ill.
