2C. The Self-Financing Increment Principle
Well, in the recent ears it has been examined that payments which are fixed with incremental are self-regulating process. Why, if you ask? Such a scheme will not lead to a result that every employee will reach to a maximum position within span of few years. The scheme is based on the assumption that few employees are promoted and move up, few resigns, few are retired and few of them are replaced by new employees taking the position at the bottom ladder position. Under such a scheme is not effective if the turnover of the employees or staff is effectively low every year.
