Vector is said to be an object that comes along with both magnitude and direction. Geometrically, we can draw a vector in directed line segment and in such a case, the length would decide magnitude of vector and an arrow would indicate the direction.
The direction of the vector is measured from tail to its head. Two vectors appear to be same only when they come with same magnitude and direction. Supposedly, if we take a vector and then change its position without rotating it, then at the end of this process we will definitely get the same vector that we had in the beginning.
