How It Works

Step 1

Login to Chat Board

Access your chat board account. Student login is created for all paying customers.

Step 2

Go to Assignments Tab

Click on "Assignments" to access all your tasks. Click on "Start Chat" to chat directly with your tutor. Please follow our chat board guidelines of fair use (guidelines visible on chat board login).



Step 3

Notify Your Tutor

After sending your message in chat board, you can notify your tutor of your message by pressing "Alert the tutor" button. The tutor will then respond to your query.

How do I access my Chat Board?

Chat board login is created for all paying student customers. Login details such as Student ID and a temporary password is emailed to your registered email address.

Can I edit my profile in Chat Board?

Yes! You can edit/update your profile after logging in your chat board account. You can change the temporary password to any secure password of your choice.

How to get task updates using Chat Board?

Just start your chat with assigned tutor and ask him/her directly your query on status update or need for revision. You can also alert/notify the tutor about your query message by pressing the “Alert the tutor” button. If tutor was not online at the time of your messaging, they will receive an email notifying them of your pending message. You can expect a quick response from our tutors through this feature.

What about my privacy?

Your need for privacy is our priorty. We have ensured that no personal details of our customers (name/email) are visible to tutors. Only your ID and assignment task details are visible to our tutors. Please do not share your personal details or ask for tutor details vice-versa.

Can I send files/attachments using Chat Board?

Yes absolutely! You can share your relevant study material files, jpegs, pdf directly with our tutors using Chat board.

I do not have Chat board access. Can I request login?

Chat board account is created for all paying student customers (after Oct 1, 2022). If you are a paying customer or past customer and want chat board access, please reach out to us through email or our 24/7 LiveChat support.
